Texte du journaling: "22 août 2012 - Malgré une arrivée sous une pluie torrentielle, le soleil a percé pour nous accompagner dans notre journée à Lübeck.  Nous avons exploré la ville de long en large, en suivant les instructions en allemand d'une Géocache "Where I Go".  Sans dictionnaire, on a failli devoir abandonner, mais j'ai persévéré, et on a réussi!"

Journaling reads: "August 22nd 2012 - Despite arriving under torrential rain, the sun came out and shone for our day Lübeck.  We explored the entire city, following the instructions in German for a "Where I Go" Geocache.  Without a dictionary, we almost had to give up, but I persevered and we did it!"

Les oiseaux, République Dominicaine

Voici quelques oiseaux photographiés lors du voyage en République Dominicaine en mai 2012. Mes préférés étaient les beaux paons qui circulaient librement sur le site de l'hotel.

Here are some of the birds I photographed while on trip to the Dominican Republic in May 2012. My favorites were the beautiful peacocks, running free on the site of the hotel.

Sea World, Orlando

30 Janvier 2015. Le site offre un décor vraiment magnifique avec ses fleurs et ses oiseaux très colorés. J'ai pu toucher des raies et je ne me lassais pas d'admirer les tortues de mer et poissons tropicaux. L'ascension de 122 mètres de la Sky Tower offre une vue incomparable du site et des alentours.

January 30th 2015. The site offers a real beautiful setting, with colorful flowers and birds. I touched the stingrays and admired the sea turtles and tropical fishes. Going up the 400 feet of the Sky Tower gives a unique point of view of the site and surrounding area.

Quand décembre revient

Quand décembre revient, ainsi débute la chanson de Robert Charlebois, Marie-Noël.
Pour débuter le temps des fêtes, rien de tel que d'aller se promener au Deutscher Weihnachtsmarkt, le marché de Noël allemand de Québec, boire du vin chaud épicé et déguster des délices allemands en écoutant la chorale.

When December comes, those are the first words from a Robert Charlebois song: Marie-Noël.
To begin the holiday season there's nothing like taking a walk at the Deutscher Weihnachtsmarkt, the german Christmas market in Quebec, where you can drink hot spicy wine and eat some delicious german product while listening the carolers.
